Hort 3140 - Spring 2008
Welcome to Hort 3140, Interiorscaping and Tropical
Plant Identification taught through the Department
of Horticulture
at The University of Georgia:
This course is 2 credit hours.
- Class lecture meets:
- Monday and Wednesday and Fridays, 11:15-12:05 am, 1205
Miller Plant Science Building
-
- This is a half-semester
course which runs from January 7th through March 3rd, 2008!
- See UGA registration guidebook for partner classes held
later in the semester...or finish the semester with one less
class to worry about!
-
- Non-hort majors are welcome! Don't have a Hort background? You will find this
course to be challenging but not so technical that you are overwhelmed.
-
- Hort 3130, Tropical Plant ID is recommended
as a course you take prior to Hort 3140. It familiarizes students
with the plant materials used in 3140. The
3130 class meets Fall semesters. You may take 3140 without 3130,
but you'll have to learn your plant materials on your own. Please
see the instructor for resources.
